One problem: the taxi they called to take us to the ferry came 20 minutes late and left us at the wrong pier at 11 PM. The pier was deserted. Luckily there was a security guard who called us another taxi. suggest they find another taxi company.”

“A beautiful hotel in the downtown section of Salerno. The sea is 2 blocks from the property and has an excellent choice of restaurants, shops, and cafes close by. We should have stayed 2-3 nights in Salerno with all the things to do in the area. A great place to use as a base to visit the Amalfi Coast, Positano, and Sorrento. The ferry is very convenient from the Montestella. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating.”
