- One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
- One child from 3 to 8 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

“Very friendly and clean hotel. All staff could not be more helpful. Extremely good value for money. Very close to the beach. 40 minute walk to moto gp race track. Good food at fair price. Many guests return every year-what better recommendation do you want. We are returning in 2018.”
“siamo state io e una mia amica per 3 notti, il personale è stato gentilissimo con noi, ci hanno dato disponibilità di bici e piscina, e anche le Terme di riccione( si ha l'ingresso gratuito con mezza pensione). Ci sono sia spiagge libere che a pagamento, e il supermercato è molto vicino. Per essere un hotel 2 stelle per noi è stato perfetto!! Ps ci mancheranno un sacco le colazioni li, cornetti, bomboloni e ciambelline non buone di più!! Molto assortito e cucina impeccabile.”
