“We stayed in an apartment, across from the hotel. It was nice but not 5 star. There were not the usual "extras" that other Relais & Chateau hotels offer. The training of the staff who showed us the room didn't seem complete. When asked a question about laundry, instead of saying she didn't know the answer but would find out and respond later, she made up a response that didn't make a lot of sense. Other staff members, like the concierges, were wonderful.”
