“The location is very convenient: within walking distance from the train station, centralized in Otaru's places of interests, near good eateries. One of the best buffet breakfast we've ever had. Some may consider the bed a bit hard, but it was quite comfortable for us. Even though old, the room was very clean and well appointed. Their panoramic bar on top floor offers good view of Otaru's port. Staff were helpful and friendly.”
