“Staff was super-friendly! Fresh water and boiler for it were available 24/7, so we could drink water and tea and brush our teeth easily. For a little amount of extra cash we got a decent breakfast. You could choose for example porridge or blins. Our room was both elegant and cozy and warm despite the freezing temperature outside. Even though the toilet was shared, there weren't too many people using it. We had an own shower which worked perfectly.”

“定了特价1800卢布的一个房间，过去安排的是一个没有独立卫生间，并且房间刚装修味道很重的很小的一个房间。提出这样的不能住人，要求换房间，前台的服务员态度还比较好，一直帮忙和总台沟通，后来要求加钱500卢布换房间，没有气味的房间，我们愿意多加200卢布，否则希望退房，整个沟通过程一个多小时后，他们答应了给免费换房，1800还提供简单早餐，性价比很高，但是原来提供的房间真的太差了。帮我们换房的服务员真的很好，感谢。”
“Цена (хотя, учитывая все минусы, она мягко говоря высоковата). Включен завтрак (бутер с колбасой, нарезанной толщиной в миллиметр, яйцо, маринованный огурец (два кусочка), фасоль, пшенная каша, чай). Есть застекленный балкончик для курения, не надо на улицу бегать.”
“Хорошее расположение почти в самом центре, сравнительно недалеко есть тц и гипермаркеты. невысокая стоимость проживания. Приветливый персонал, есть куллер для воды и чай/кофе. В отеле живёт пушистая кошка)”
