“The staff was very helpful, kind and charming - special thanks to Adriann, Elena and Rodion. The staff helped us with tours arrangements; information regarding Tel Aviv and surroundings - and they made we felt like at home. Location was excellent - walking distance to all interesting places and restaurants. We got upgraded room with balcony (with the same price). Although breakfasts are outside the hotel (three options) - the quality and climate of small Birenbaum Cafe was another great experience.”
“Great Staff. Elena is a wonderful concierge who recommended restaurants that were super cool I’m not at all touristy . She met every request that we had. The manager Donna was also great . Because the Jacuzzi on the roof was not working ( an ongoing problem) , she gave my husband and I free massages in their sweet little spot on the roof . But the wonderful staff and the hotel make up for it . Even though they do not celebrate Halloween in Israel, they decorated the entire lobby and had little presents for my children . So sweet!!!”

Great location in the city centre, close to many hip places to drink and eat and only a 10 minute walk away from the beach. Wonderful welcome with Cava in the room, to enjoy on the nice balcony!”
“The Nordoy was wonderful! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Bed and shower were excellent! The staff was so thoughtful in selecting a room for us to share with our 11 year old son! The rooftop terrace was charming and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The location was awesome for people who like to eat and shop and walk through interesting markets and neighborhoods. 10 min walk to the beach. Only downside was that it is currently surrounded by construction sites, so quite noisy by 6:45am...not great if you like to sleep in. I highly recommend this hotel! It has so much more character than the big ones. ”
