“The people here were extremely friendly and helpful, above and beyond the call of duty. We were greeted outside by the lovely lady in charge and she insisted on carrying our bags from the car into the hotel and up to our rooms, in fact I left my purse behind in the morning when we checked out but happened to mention that we were going up to the ice grotto on the Furka Pass, the chef who was in charge of the breakfast service came up after us and waited for us to return to our car to make sure I got my purse back. The food was excellent, the rooms were lovely and the bathroom was spotless, the cleanest bathroom I think I've ever we seen! Great value for money. The location is great and the setting just so picturesque. Have a wander around the old village behind, some quirky and quaint old wooden houses that are just beautiful, it's almost like a Disney set. Would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back there again.”
