We have ask for clean towels the next day, but only one towel was changed. You had to pay before you entered the Hotel. What if we were not sattisfied. Suggestion to pay only the next day if you are happy. No reception. You have to book in via self service. ”

“Location is great , for the price in Zurich with good location (not far from train station) room is spacious. It's in the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor of one building, next is H&M shop. There are many shops around. And this is my 3rd time to stay in this hotel.”
“Great location, 2 min to train, 1 stop to the Zurich's center. Trains are super quiet. Contemporary design with natural colors, generous size room, comfortable bed. We had a shared bathroom, but everything was very clean. Having a kitchen was a bonus:)”
