“The room size is big compared to other hotels in Sapporo. Even after adding an extra bed, the room is still not packed. And the staffs are friendly. Someone helped us move our luggages and gave us a tour around the room and the facilities.”
“Very short walk to Odori subway station. The airport express coach is within short walking distance and we can book the tickets at the hotel.”
“Didn't like too much, location is good, that's about it”
“The hotel is not within walking distance from Sapporo Station, especially if traveling with luggage. However, the location is very good - close proximity to Odori Park, shopping, etc. with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel from the cleaning ladies on to the front desk managers were friendly and helpful and we had no problems communicating with them in English. The room was larger than we expected altho a bit dated. The morning breakfast offered two choices - a buffet with a nice selection of choices including an omelet bar. The other choice was a Japanese breakfast on the lower level which we visited twice - we are partial to Japanese food so this was a special treat for us.”
“We chose this hotel because of its location. Tourist attractions and Susukino are within walking distance. Sapporo station are just 15 minutes' walk via underground walkway. Japanese restaurant is good and reasonably priced. We did have dinner once and twice for the breakfast as we found the western style buffet spread was not interesting. Service is prompt though lacks of English proficiency.”
“The staff is very attentive. Spacious room, nice breakfast. Not too far from subway”
“The bed was comfortable and room very spacious. Excellent staff.”
“The staff were very good - attentive and helpful, including housekeeping. Breakfast was excellent and location was good near Odori Park”
“Buffet breakfast was ok. Worst beds ever. No English channels on tv for a so-called 5-star hotel? Are they kidding me? Big snafu upon registration getting my booking.com reservations all mixed up from previously cancelled to current.”
“the nice and easy-going staffs coming from the hotel.”
