- Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

“Nice Location, beautiful premises with lots of flowers & birds. Perhaps the best hotel in town. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff was very nice who made nice vegetarian food for me. Nice concierge service to arrange taxi to & fro from Cusco. They even sorted our bags while we went to Machu Picchu for a day.”

We need to leave hotel in the morning for Machu so we cannot have breakfast at the hotel but the hotel did prepare us a breakfast box. Such a nice little thing that make us smile. Hotel location is near the train station. It is good if you plan to catch the fist train for Machu.”

“Idyllic setting with hillside ruins and mountains surrounding the hotel's park-like grounds. This quiet and comfortable retreat is ultra clean with a friendly and helpful staff. Our room had an American style king sized bed (!) rather than a double sided bed that passed as a king in other hotels where we stayed in Peru. There is a warm fire in the cozy lodge each evening and the breakfast is delicious. The town is the last living Inca village with its trapezoidal doorways and running waters. Luggage is easily stored here while you enjoy a two day hike to Machu Picchu. We would definitely return to this lovely gem of a hotel.”
