“I was told later that the hotel had only just come under new management, but I wouldn't have known for myself as I was very well taken care of. I was also told that the hotel has the best restaurant in the entire area thanks to the chef returning home from Marbella during the winter season - a good theory, and one I digested fantastic gourmet evidence in support of.”
