“Friendly and v helpfull staff. The hotel is located in a beautifully restored building. Pity that we could not enjoy the courtyard or terrace (too cold in January)”

My choice of news paper every morning. Excellent Food, good quality product at breakfast, possibly the finest Green Tea I've ever drank and seriously good Brown Bread. New Year's Eve Dinner was a Tour de Force, such great food, interesting combinations of tastes & textures. I loved the location, everywhere I wanted to g appeared to be only a short walk. Last but most important of all (for me) is the staff. Who were truly welcoming, lovely & ever so helpful, without them it's only bricks & mortar (no matter how pretty a place looks).”
