“The staff at this hotel were friendly, the hotel was adequate to meet our needs but not one that I would say is a destination of choice. It was a convenient place to stay on our journey. We were told on arrival there was an issue with the hot water, they hoped this would be resolved during the night, it wasn't so we were unable to take a shower before continuing our journey. The hotel management sent an email offering a full refund, a nice gesture but instead of refunding on the card payment we were asked to supply bank details which we were uneasy about, and declined. In part as the price we paid through Booking.com was less than their tariff and we would be able to take a shower later in the day so it did not affect us dramatically.”
