“I had a single room with a fantastic view of the Ziller valley in main hotel. The room was very spacious with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The Spa facilities were very good. Good variety of food for breakfast. Hot food (scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages) served at 08:00. Very good quality evening meals with a choice of 3 main courses. The hotel is located approx. 10 mins and 15 mins walk to the train station and Penken ski lift station respectively (without ski boots). However there was a bus stop nearby for Bus A to the Penken and Ahorn ski areas. All staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Especially Hans, the owner, who personally helped resolve a problem with my laptop’s connection to the hotel’s Wi-Fi.”
“Friendly staff. Great selection at breakfast. The evening meal was good. Located about 10-15 minute walk to the Penken gondola. The bus stop for the ski bus is 5 minutes walk. Comfortable hotel with a nice spa area.”
