While making my booking I mentioned that I would like some information on how to get around and within 5-minutes of confirming my booking they sent me an email with lots of details.We had numerous questions for them prior to arriving which they answered quickly and with a lot of detail. For example we emailed them asking if they knew where we could rent bicycles, upon checkin they gave us a printout with a list of bike rental shops with addresses and phone numbers. They had very fast WiFi, faster than any other place in Malaysia we tried.Location wise they are literally a stone-thrown away from the entrance to China Town as well as a 5-minute walk to the MRT station.”
