“A wonderful surprise for a stay in Paris - quiet small street and the room was quite spacious and quiet as we got the top/6 floor and facing back/away from the street; that's the way to go in a noisy city. the bed is very comfortable and clean and cozy; the central heating was a bit too much (since it was not so cold yet) so opening a window was helpful. Location is great - walking distance to "everywhere" (bring good walking shoes, that is the only way to see the city). We also liked the historical building, a real old Parisian style (the hotel was established in 1912! and the building is even older); many good eateries all over and walking distance to Metro (but carry a small bag, as there are many flights of stairs to get to the street and no escalator or elevator; the hotel does have a lift but very small/narrow...it's Paris!). We will use it again in the future.....price is good ....We did not eat the hotel breakfast....”
“The beautiful hotel is close to Gare du Nord, making it very convenient for getting to/from DeGaulle airport and points north. There are several Paris metro stops within a five block radius. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating.”
