“Good location right on the beach front, with lovely seats to have a drink in the sunshine out front. Fantastic pizza on site. Good size room with very large bathroom. Good site for parking at night able to keep the car off the street for the night which was a bonus.”

“Studio is great value for a family and provides a really nice vacation. Directly across from beach, with spectacular unimpeded view of ocean. In other places such a setup/view would be much more costly. The staff including housekeeping and restaurant staff are not overly friendly, but are very approachable and always smiling and pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is also good value and convenient - we ate at another place one night and service was terrible compared to this restaurant where staff are attentive. The bathroom was modern, the studio had a washing machine, the wifi worked very well in restaurant area, and there was a/c. Annex building was locked/key protected. Towels and toilet paper replaced /filled daily. Beach was very clean and had showers, Overall we really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend.”

“Easy to park for free on the rear, some rooms have the view towards the railway but I slept well, bed is very comfortable and in the morning is pleasant to wake up smelling the pizza fresh from the oven, I recommend the Via Aurelia to visit the surroundings by car and for those adventurous I advise to visit Menton with a fabulous bay view and of course Monte Carlo is the pearl of the region.”
“Cozy little sea front hotel with sound proofing windows, where you may choose to listen to the sea waves, spacious room nicely decorated in harmonious colors, sea view balcony with 2 armchairs, large flat screen white TV, well equipped frigobar, air conditioning and strong WiFi, for those who like an evening out there are a lot of beach bars with music entertainment.”
“We were en route from Italy to France and this was a great stop over. It is right on the sea front and we had a room with a sea view. Fairly quiet spot, spotlessly clean, simple modern decor, comfortable bed. On site parking, good wifi. Nice meal in the restaurant and a good breakfast.”
“Great location on the beachfront and very quiet (in December!) but it looks like it would be a good place in the summer as out of the mainstream of riviera resorts, though reasonably close to Bordighera. Very pleasant staff. Rooms recently refurbished.”
