“Hotel Pietro Verde has a wonderful host and owner Antonio who is like me an animal lover. He will help you with your luggage and with whatever you need, such as an earlier breakfast for the train. The station is only 150-200 metres away. Say hello to Theo the poodle!”
“It's a great hotel with friendly host and his cute dog Theo. At last we've got a decent breakfast with some ham and cheese. The interior is somewhat peculiar, it's probably made in the 90s. But that makes the hotel even more interesting.”
“Great location, walking distance from the busy centre. Nice breakfast, nice host, great parking facility.”
“the host was very nice; the hotel has its own "old" cachet (~1960s)...”
“We love this hotel so much. Especially the owner was so helpful and kind. And his dog, Theo was so funny. Strongly recommended”
“Convenient location for train station, supermarket, beach. Host has cultivated a wonderful front-garden which includes tall cacti. Well-run and spotless. Good communication and welcome. Expert coffee-maker and good breakfast. Otranto Fortress is really good for craft shops and places to meet, enjoy a drink or a meal. It was a Festival so we heard a piano concert and exhibition.”
“Excellent breakfast. .warm welcome by Antonio..very clean rooms..quite locatio”
“The location within walking distance of the city center. Very pleasant staff. Rooms have a balcony to hang wet clothes after the beach. Great breakfast with seasonal fresh fruit.”
“Good size of the room, with balcony. They had charcuterie and cheese for breakfast which is great if you are tired of the typical sweet Italian pastries in the morning.”
“Excellent breakfast with genial host.Secure on site parking.Good location.”
