“Most romantic place I have ever been, proposed to my wife under the stars on a huge sandy beach that was all ours. Not 100m from our hotel room. Blue waters, very safe everywhere. Hotel has brilliant breakfast but for lunch and dinner I would suggest to visit the excellent seafood places, especially the Casa Do Velho Drageiro restaurant in the village. Spa massage was quite good and very affordable. Stay at least 3 days to really enjoy and relax but no more than that as the island is very small and you might get bored.”
