“The staff were a little noisy in the mornings, but very friendly and accommodating.”
“The location was good. A few blocks from downtown. I was impressed by their facilities, restaurants and the room. I did not have time to enjoy the pool but it look very inviting. The patio area is beautiful and the lobby is modern, comfortable and clean. I loved the food, but wished they had more vegetarian options. I wanted to thank their staff for writing a personal note to me and my mom, it made us feel welcomed and cared for. The receptionist that helped us was very nice and the check in process was super quick, that allowed us to go to our room and rest after a long trip from São Paulo. They have cable tv and wi-fi which is a huge plus compared to hotels in the area.”
