“Location is excellent, meters from the Canasvieiras beach. Hotel is very clean, safe parking lot with gate, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was also excellent, full of options for all tastes.”
“The breakfast service was good - lots of fresh fruit and bread and the outside areas were really pretty - although it was winter so we didn't use the pool. The kitchenette was good and handy to have as it can be expensive to eat out (more expensive than other places we have travelled to).”
“The best point about Hotel Sonho Meu is the staff. On our first night there was a guest on drugs playing loud music at 0230h but Carlos and later Alejandro helped in dealing with that guest. Alejandro also remedied the situation by moving us to a different room. The rest of the guests were all fine, it was just that single imbecil. On our second day a violent tornado hit the island and despite all the havoc and worry about their own homes and families, Andre and all the ladies working at the hotel at the time, pulled together with a level of professionalism second to none. I cannot emphasise enough how wonderful and selfless the staff at the hotel were on that day. We would definitely stay at Hotel Sonho Meu again, mainly because of the staff, cleanliness, closeness to the beach and yummy breakfast.”
