“The owner 'Alfredo' was amazing. I was so upset loosing my passport at Venice airport so had to wait 2 days at the ragno hotel until the consulate opened. When I arrived at Ragno Alfredo was the friendly face I needed to see! When he realised I had allergies for Gluten & Milk he changed the menu for me - that meant so much. I received such good service here they deserve and extra star! ”

“Ragno is a wonderful, medium size cozy hotel, with welcoming, chatty and helpful personnel. From the moment I arrived, they did their best for me to feel comfortable. The beach is very close, sunbeds are accounted in the room price, and are kept very neat. The room had all the necessities, starting from a very comfortable bed, hair dryer, TV, air-conditioning, plenty of room in closet. The towels were regularly replaced and the room was kept clean. Probably the best part was the breakfast, with numerous options, including fresh brioches, fruit, coffee, etc. The hotel is close to the main street (at night pedestrian area), where you can find plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops.”

“Ich war schon im Juni in diesem Hotel und habe es noch einmal gewählt wegen der außerordentlichen Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Chefleute und des Personals (Alfredo, der Chef des Hauses, hat uns dieses Mal - als wir ihn baten uns ein Taxi zu rufen um an das andere Ende der Stadt zu kommen - gleich selbst dorthin chauffiert). Das Zimmer, das uns diesmal angeboten wurde - wir buchten außerhalb der Hauptsaison - war sehr geräumig. Die Zimmer sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch großzügig ausgestattet. Das Essen (Vollpension) war sehr lecker. Fast nur italienische Gäste. Nähe zum Strand. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.”
