“Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Spa Pool all our of action. We were lied to! On arrival told there was a technical problem that would take a couple of days but the pools had already been out of action for over a week the pool attendant told us.Later we were told a new machine that automatically injected chemicals had been replaced and they were waiting 15 to 20 days when the water would then be tested and pools re-opened. An American guest on the board of a different hotel chain spoke to the CEO of Railto Group and was told they had closed the pools for the season and they would re-open spring 2018. Different compensation was offered to guests depending on how hard you complained. Our stay there was ruined.”
“The view was amazing, looking over Vietri and Salermo. Very close to Amalfi and Positano. Food was excellent. Bed and pillows great. A shuttle bus was offered to take you to the local towns.”
