“I lived 1 week in this pension some 23 years ago. It´s still here, spotlessly clean, with basic services and more than reasonable prices. Very good starting point to discover beauties of old Amersfoort in its central part. Can reccommend without any hesitation for travellers who are not willing to pay for services which are not needed within the short trip.”
“The hotel was very clean. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. The room was very warm and cosy - beds comfy and linen/duvets very comfortable. This hotel is definitely what I would call basic. No frills sums it up. In a quiet location - no noise really apart from some noisyish guests coming in at about 2am. There were fresh towels each day. TV with some English channels. The bedroom was cleaned each day. The owner stayed up til nearly 11pm as our plane was delayed and it took ages to get our hire car which was very good of him. Breakfast was classic Dutch - bread/toast/some cereal/cold meat/cheese/cold boiled eggs/fruit/yoghurt plus coffee machine. Didn't bother me too much but not for those who love bacon and eggs or anything hot for that matter (apart from toast)!!!”

“This hotel was fantastic!!! The place is really nice, being simple and cozy but beautiful and stylish. The location is a calm beautiful street very close to the old city center, which has many restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and everything one needs. It is also close to nice parks and public transport. Besides that, the staff is super educated and courteous. The room was super clean and the breakfast is a good value for the money. I give a 10 out of 10 for this small hotel.”
