“The staff made us feel like at home. The tall/thin waiter guy (sorry, can't remember his name) did a fantastic job during the dinner & breakfast, he was professional, funny, always smiling, simply great. Also, big thanks to the receptionist lady, I'm pretty sure, that her grandma is proud of her. Once again, well done to all, and keep on the great service. Would highly recommend this hotel to all.”

“Sehr Hilfsbereit, sehr gutes essen, haben aufgrund einer sehr frühen Abreise am Abend ausgecheckt und da wir das Frühstück dann auslassen mussten sofort ein Lunchpaket angeboten bekommen ...wir waren mit 40 Jahren ziemlich die jüngsten dort ;-) Auch durften wir, obwohl erst ab 16 Jahren erlaubt, mit unserem kleinen (1) in den Badebereich (Whirlpool und Sauna), allerdings ist auch noch keine Wintersaison und das Hotel war nicht voll belegt...”

“IN SudTirol non si sbaglia mai in fatto di hotel. Nonostante il prezzo abbordabile, l'hotel era un "vero" hotel (non un affittacamere), le stanza erano grandi e accoglienti, oltre che pulitissime. Lo staff è eccellente: disponibile, simpatico, mette subito a proprio agio. Da segnalare che è compresa nel prezzo la card per uso gratuito per una settimana di tutti i mezzi pubblici e le bici a noleggio gratuito.”
“Siamo stati due giorni presso questa struttura e abbiamo apprezzato veramente tutto, la cortesia e la disponibilita del titolare e di tutto il suo staff, ottima e abbondante la colazione self service bevande fredde e quelle calde servite al tavolo. Per non parlare della location splendido panorama e una tranquillità che ti rigenera. Che dire consigliatissimo, i pochi giorni che abbiamo passato qui ci hanno fatto chiudere la vacanza in modo veramente positivo. Grazie mille!!”
