“My favourite hotel for the Bayreuth Festival. Its location in the peaceful mountains looking down onto the valley makes it pleasant and cooler if its really hot in Bayreuth. The rooms are super comfortable and super large with balconies and sofas - really more like suites. The large terrace to have meals on is superb and the staff are just wonderful!!! Its 30 minutes drive from the hotel to be in your seat at the Festspielhaus or there is a shuttle bus...Oh and if you want a food change there is a Michelin restaurant in the Post Hotel in the village...”
