“Upon arrival we were pgraded to an apartment which was great. The hotel is a little tired but then the price reflected this. The reception lady was delightful and so helpful. Good solid continental breakfast.”
“Nothing The place is old and run down. Shower was very small and didn't fit the shower so water got everywhere. Only twin beds so it was very cold. Would not recommend this to anyone.”

“a very beautiful place. The cable car to the mountain slide was probably a 2 min walk down hill or a 10 min walk to the other cable car that took you up to the cliff walk and highest point in Europe. Breakfast spread was great and the hosts were amazing as well. REALLY!!! loved the coffee”

“Stayed here for one nite before Eiger Ultra Trial. Location is great, walkable distance to center of Grindelwald, huge parking in front. Breakfast was just ok. I expected more given I had to run 35k and paid 200chf per room. I might sound picky but they charge based on the event. To offer at least a hot boiled egg before run is a standard. Huge plus is that they start breakfast at 2am so if running longer distances, the food is there. Both women at the reception were really friendly and helpful. We asked for late check out as we had a babe but didnt work. I think it was 10 or 11 the latest which is also kinda early. I def recommend this place, just not for this price. This is BnB style not a hotel style place.”
