“The room and the entire facility was really clean. Staff very kind and smiley. Very good outdoor roofed patio with tables and chairs for smokers.”
“The staff is really nice and collaborative. What was written in my reservation was fulfilled. I had many questions about the city and how could I spent my time in Parma and the young lady on the reception was very nice to suggest me some places to visit. There is a supermarket just next to the Hotel and some nice pizzas. The only thing that could be a problem for people who want to go to the city centre after 8pm would be that the buses stop after that time. The breakfast is nothing special, just a choice of packed croissant, but they offer espresso and tee. Sth valuable is that they offer free parking!!! Overall the hotel is good!!!”
