“Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, zentrale Lage, trotzdem nicht laut, man konnte auch an finsteren Herbstabenden mit gutem Gefühl zu Fuß unterwegs sein, unter Tags alle Nahversorger zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und ausgerichtet. Therme ca. 1 km entfernt, wäre mit dem Rad gut erreichbar, aber an kalten Abenden ist mir da das Auto lieber.”
