“Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatte ein Zahnproblem: er hat uns den Weg ins Krankenhaus gezeigt, indem er vorgefahren ist und hat uns schon erwartet, als wir dort fertig waren. Danach hat er die Medikamente besorgt und uns ins Hotel gebracht. Alles ganz schnell organisiert, dass jemand im Hotel solange aufpasst. Unglaublich! Hat sich auch sonst sehr gekümmert. Da nur spanischsprachig, hat er per Google und Handy mit uns kommuniziert - also ganz toll! Auch Kellner sehr freundlich.”
