“Liked everything! It is a charming, very Spanish, country hotel with delightful staff and simple but excellent food. You MUST try anything that includes Guillermina's hazelnut sauce. It is absolutely nothing like a chain hotel, here is real Spain, it is so worth the hour or so detour from Valencia, the countryside is lovely, and by the time you get up to the hotel it is all hills and nut trees. The prices are reasonable - just €14 for 3 home-cooked courses at dinner - the room is huge, modern and spotlessly clean. What a joy to find such a pleasant piece of non- globalised Spain! Masses of walking paths around.”
