I am comfused when I read reviews about people complaining that they had to take a cab to go out tp eat... Punta Arenas is a small town and everything is within an easy walking distance. I have no idea who needed a cab and where they were going, but this hotel is very close to everything in Punta Arenas. Overall, it was a great deal for us because we paid half of the standard rate due to a great deal on booking.”

“Service. We left early for the airport so they have coffee and pastries ready for us by 5am even though breakfast is not until 7am. Excellent service from restaurants recommendation to booking taxi transfer. Even called the taxi in the morning to confirm when taxi is not there exact time without us asking.”
“This is a perfectly adequate, no frills inn with good sized rooms, comfortable bed. It's a few blocks from the main square but the walk is easy and the quiet is nice. The breakfast is more than basic but not special.”
