“After being put in a room (not the one booked) that had limited room even for suitcases, television didn't work and carpet was dirty, we complained and were then moved to a more spacious room. This room was higher up and was very moist, with little ventilation. The bathroom was full of mould, with no exhaust fan, just dim lights to disguise the problem.”
“Location was great for us. The accommodation was fine and suited our needs for our short 2 night trip. It’s not somewhere I would stay for a special occasion, but for a city break where you do not plan to be in the hotel much, it is fine.”
“The bed was incredibly comfortable - so much so that some mornings I didn't want to get out of bed! It was perfectly located as well. 5 minute walk to the Campo de Fiore, 5 minutes to Piazza Navona, 10 minutes to the restaurants in Trastevere and <15 minute walk to both the Pantheon and St. Peter's Basilica. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they kept the hotel spotless. I would definitely stay here again.”
“After I was moved to a renovated room, I was satisfied with my stay. The staff while challenged by not have the right systems in place tried very hard and it showed. As for the food, it's actually pretty decent but 10 euros you might be able to get better if you're willing to yelp.”

“Brand new rooms that were clean and chic. Rain head shower fixture which is a bonus in European hotels. Staff and service were excellent and friendly. Aiman -the concierge-was so accommodating. Love this little hotel and the location is perfect and quiet at night. The rooftop was under construction but it will be ready very soon so you can have you breakfast there which will be lovely.”
