“The building looks beautiful en when I first entered my 'upgrade' room I was happy. This hotel will get very different reviews cause some rooms are horrible and others are beautiful. You have to be lucky enough to get one of the great rooms which doensn't suffer from the terribly loud music in the night.”
“Beautiful room with decorated ceiling! Great Staff. Gio, the -also- Dutch receptionist was very friendly and helpfull. Great advice about a restaurant around the corner. Provided chairs for me on the roofterrace, in november. Very good breakfast. I could check out a bit later. Arranged an airport taxi. Centre around the corner. Very clean! Wonderfull stay! ”

“1. Staff's support: Hotel staff directed me to park in the street paying the perking meters, and yet the police imposed me a fine. It was a terrible hassle which staff were very proper helping me to handle. 2. The bar was very good.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and forthcoming. Hotel does have a couple or free parking spots in front of the entrance. Very comfortable and cozy room. Bed was very comfortable with additional pillows ready in the closet. Also, our room had a small balcony which I guess would be a plus for smokers. Breakfast had a good selection and service with variety of sweet and savory options with large selection of fruits. For the travelers on tighter budget, two shops are near (one budget market and one Simply supermarket on the nearby avenue next to the Metro entrance). All in all, the hotel provided a fantastic oasis of relaxation and comfort after the long tour up Etna and hot-day tour in Syracuse.”
