“All of the staff were incredibly friendly and we're always on hand to answer queries. Our room was amazing and the bed so comfortable. All of the bathroom amenities were appreciated, plus the free soft drinks in the mini bar an added bonus. The hotel is in a great location just around the corner from the lake and central station. The free local travel around Geneva is also a great feature of staying in the city.”
“The bed was wonderful, location was great and decor was elegant.”
“Hotel is only a few minutes walk from train station. Service was very good and friendly. Breakfast was not a buffet, but served at table which I liked, as it is much more relaxing. We were also presented a local travel card. Beautiful room facing towards a small street, but both street and room were very quiet during night.”
“The hotel totally exceeded my expectations. Except for the gym! Total disappointment”
“Great location within walking distance of everything. Very comfortable and all staff were efficient and very friendly.”
“We stayed one night at this beautiful hotel. We did not have breakfast as we found it too expensive. The bar area was lovely and relaxing. Warm and friendly staff”
“Everything about this hotel was fabulous - room, location, staff. They just need one more treadmill.”
“From the Geneva train station, you can reach the hotel in less than 10 minutes on foot. It is not a luxury, but a very refined boutique style hotel; from the lobby to the guest room you could feel the hotel is well designed and decorated. The guest rooms we have stayed is well designed with elegant furniture, and well-matching wallpaper, the ample is very comfortable and feels value for money. Front desk customer service is friendly and enthusiastic speaks fluent English. There is a Starbucks, restaurant, and café nearby the hotel, the shopping mall is just opposite the hotel and with 100-meter walking distance.”
