“The hotel staff willing to do service in extra miles, its way more better than many hotels in Sapporo with too much rules and regulations, lack of flexibility. Staff are friendly and responsible. A service crew name 大室 service is impressive and speaking english. Free international breakfast buffet and private Onsen. The hotel restaurant open until 10pm, is so convenient and the vending machine is so much choices. Snacks, cup noodles and 3 beverages vending machine.”
“We really enjoyed the presentation and flavor of the tofu wakame salad and decided to eat there twice because everything was done so well. The staff of the restaurant and hotel were friendly and of the 2 Hotel Route Inns we stayed, this one was the best for location, staffing, room and food. Also we stayed here after being in a better ryokan and I was worried it would feel like a let down, but we were not left feeling like it was a big step down.”

“Opción fantástica, por calidad y precio, a un paso de la estación para acercarse con el tren y coger el bus a visitar fácilmente Noboribetsu Onsen, donde el alojamiento es caro. Habitación cómoda, moderna y con todo lo necesario. Wifi veloz y invitan a café en el hall. El desayuno buffet es excelente, tiene de todo, vale la pena. Muy contento.”

“東室蘭駅からすぐでした。 清潔感に溢れ、部屋も大浴場も綺麗。 大浴場は思っていたより小さめでしたが、夜は室蘭の夜景、朝は朝日を浴びながらの入浴は気持ちが良かったです。 朝食も充分過ぎる種類、朝からしっかり美味しく頂きました。 一階ロビー横にある、挽きたてコーヒーを味わえるのも嬉しいサービス。 また室蘭を訪れる時は、ぜひ利用させて頂きたいと思っています。”
“位置很好，出JR东室兰站西口抬头就能看到酒店的LOGO灯，选择这家酒店是为了方便第二天去登别温泉和地球岬，事先查好车次可以在白天完成这两个地点的行程还有充裕的时间向其他位置移动。另外早餐和浴场都还不错。”
