“The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They even provided an umbrella for me to borrow on rainy days! The location is close to the conference center and you can use the subway to travel north or south for more food/shopping options. The refrigerator doesn't run constantly, so there is no annoying sound to keep you up all night. The room and linens were clean. The bathroom was also clean.”

“The Onsen is great specially at night overlooking the city lights! Good location a bit out of the middle of the action so some transport is required but it is not busy. From here getting to Nara is closer. 10-15 mins to main Osaka areas so no problem. Very helpful staff, oh and great buffet breakfast included with lots of Japanese and Western options. Really enjoyed it.”
