“This is a great place to stay! Although it's not in granada itself, but close by car and bus (although very limited busses on sunday). You can walk straight out from your hotel towards Los Cahorros, a beautiful hike up in the mountains, or drive up the Sierra Nevada! Reserve Alhambra tickets upfront to visit the palace, there a limited tickets per day. The hotel itself has good facilities, very friendly staff, and is really affordable.”
“Monachil is a great village ideally positioned for doing the "Los Cahorros" walk up the gorge. Some good bars and restaurants for such a small place with one having live music of a high standard. Continental Breakfast at the hotel was plentiful and the fresh bread was gorgeous.”
