“The whole experience at Las Rozuelas was fantastic. Juan Luis, his wife, and his staff went beyond the call of duty for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The setting is wonderful with walks right outside the hotel, which are stunning and of different ability levels. The hotel is in a quiet location which is ideal if you want tranquility. The facilities in the hotel are fabulous. We had a garden suite which was exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed, memory foam pillows and a comfortable sofa to relax on. The patio outdoor had reclining chairs and a table (perfect for pre-dinner drinks). There was a delicious breakfast with a wide range of food to choose from, including eggs and bacon. They do not provide evening meals however but the town of Cercedilla is lovely and the locals are exceptionally friendly and there are lots of tapas bars and restaurants.”

“For our family one of the most important things in a hotel is atmosphere and hospitality. U can be in a six-star hotel but will not feel comfortable and cosy. In this point this family hotel is one of the best among all we've been in. The rest is perfect too - location, view, breakfast, room. We'll definitely return there again.”
“The location was perfect - surrounded by a beautiful garden and near to Cercidilla for eating out etc. Easy access to walking trails and activity centre. Great for visiting Segovia and La Granja. The beds were exceedingly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Providing a kettle to make hot drinks and free cold drinks in the fridge was appreciated. Some staff spoke English which was really useful. Everything was perfect and we had a lovely relaxing stay. We'd definitely recommend it.”
