“Central and very lovely hotel, comfortable room with good care on details (loved the big shower and the Ren Skincare toiletries), professional and friendly staff. I've got an upper floor room and I was able to do an early check-in as requested!”
“Loved the Reception, downstairs areas. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. We were booked in for 5 nights and were a little disappointed with our first room as it had a damp smell. We asked to change rooms after our first night and the staff were extremely helpful and moved us to a room in the newer part of the hotel with timber floor boards which we loved. The room was much roomier also. I would ask to stay in this area of the hotel if I stayed again.”
