“The woman at check-in was delightful. The room was nicely renovated..bed and bedding was outrageously comfortable..best in France.”
“Very cute " vintage" style , romantic atmosphere of the hotel, what is located almost in the heart of the city. ( I personally admire old "nostalgic" places but someone might find it not so practical). Very cheerful and helpful stuff with good (!!!!) English. The room and bathroom are quite small but clean and confy)”
“The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. I was glad to find my camera which I'd left behind at our previous stay at the start of our holiday. The hotel is quite basic but super close to the great pedestrian area with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. During our previous stay we had a great breakfast (no time on the way home due to early ferry). Easy to park in the street close by with easy to use ticket machines. Check in time closes at 9pm so make sure you have the code for getting in if you arrive late (should be in your booking info).”
“This is really nice old building and I have to say they really managed to keep the spirit of it and at the same time give you accommodation from 21st century. Room is not so big but clean, bathroom is very very clean but quite small - when you want to wash your face in the sink, you have to keep the door opened. And because the bed is just fitting to that one room, you are showing your "back part" to the person sitting/lying on bed... not very "ehm" comfy.”

We arrived at 10pm and found a cafe just around the corner serving wine and cheese. A perfect first night in France!”
