Guests may experience minor noise disturbance during the day.<br><br>Please note that Hotel Saint Nicolas is located on a pedestrian street with no car access. The nearest public parking is Parking Ecuyer located at 11, Rue de l'Ecuyer ,1000 Brussels. The cost is 15 EUR / 24h.<br><br>Please note that for group reservations the hotel charge a 50% deposit of the total amount.<br><br>Please note that a refundable security deposit of EUR 200 is required for the studio. It will be charged upon check-in and it covers any damages that may occur during your stay.
