“Recieved working smart phone with working SIM and mobile data package which can be taken out of the hotel. Pretty central location allows to easily make day trips to kyoto or kobe, but also only 3 minutes by train from osaka central”

“Staff are super polite and making us feel comfortable. Room is big enough for us since most Japanese hotel rooms are very small. Super big TV. Very clean. Bathroom got everything we need. Another thing is that the room is very quiet even with window opened during the night. Breakfast was nice and there are vending machines on the first floor. Only few minutes walk to Juso Station. Plenty restaurants in that area and stores like 711 nearby. I would rate over 10 if I could. ”

“Almost everything about this hotel, including the breakfast was excellent. The staff had varying levels of English but they made every effort to accommodate us, even when we extended our stay an extra night. The rooms are spacious and clean and all toiletries were provided. The rooms had a fridge and complementary water and indoor slippers were provided each day.”
