“The room is cozy and the receptionists were helpful. The room warmer didn't work in the first night , so the reception guy on duty helped us and even called the technician, however it didn't help. Understood he has done his best and even brought a screwdriver to fix. In the morning after, the receptionist lady named Renata helped us to ensure the technician fixed it and when we returned in the afternoon, it was fixed. She also assisted in most aspects and the car reservation including its timing. One more thing was the car driver who drove us to the Prague main station was kind and honest.”
“Hotel is totally fine, really close to the city center, clean and comfy, wifi was fine and breakfast was nice and enough: nothing exceptional but regular breakfast (eggs, bacon, some sausages, cereals, bread, cheese and ham), smoking is strongly prohibited on whole hotel territory, no balconies at all; nice Spanish restaurant right in the hotel and rooms big enough will make your stay very comfy”
