“Nice hotel in centre of village. Ideal position next to railway station. Village has a nice selection of shops. Ideal for exploring the Black Forest by foot, car or train. Trains & buses are free(except EC, ICE & IC) if you stay in a registered hotel, like this one. For a 'konus card', museums & tourist sites are free or at a reduced price. The hotel is very comfortable. The bedroom, which was a single, had a table & 2 chairs & a 3 seater setee. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large, but the downside was the shower which had a low ceiling & high sided bath, which was difficult for me as I have a bad back. All-in-all, a nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. Staff are friendly & very helpful. Would I stay there again - yes.”
