Leider wurden wir beim Einchecken nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass am Abend 2 größere Gesellschaften dort speisten. Daher mussten wir bei unserer Bestellung gegen 19.00 Uhr 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen warten. Da helfen auch keine freundlichen bedauernden Worte der Bedienung, wenn man hungrig ist und schon einige Kilometer geradelt ist. Ein kurzer Hinweis beim Einchecken und wir hätten früher bestellt.”

“Besonders schön, finde ich es, wenn in solch einem Traditionsunternehmen noch Produkte aus eigenem Anbau und eigener Produktion angeboten werden wie natürlich die Moselweine, Brände, Liköre und Marmeladen beim Frühstücksbüffet. Da schmeckt man die Region, in der man Urlaub macht. Weiter so.”
