Roof top bar was nice but too quiet for us staff in there were a weak point not too friendly I am still waiting for my visa holding charge to be refunded and this is tiring as we have had no problems with other hotels / rentals on this vacation refunding deposits etc Overall staff fantastic .. Nice personal touches gifts in room for our child on an evening We love Santa Monica and would return to this hotel but may look for better deals elsewhere next time”
