Important Notice
- The free shuttle is available from JR Matsumoto Train Station at 16:00 and 17:00. It is available from the hotel to the station at 09:00 and 10:00. No reservations are needed.<br><br>Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.<br><br>Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast and dinner at the property must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance.<br><br>Guests who are having dinner at the hotel must check-in before 19:00.
