“Great location, ultra central. Hotel much better than expected, bed very comfortable and great hot shower, room decorated with taste, mixing modern and traditional features.”
“Thanks to this stay we had a chance to recuperate after our trek. When we arrived, at the reception they didn’t see the breakfast on our reservation. True is we had to contact booking.com to explain whole situation but finally the manager offered us two complementary dinners :) for this misunderstanding between hotel and booking.com and this was very nice ( thank you very much Booking.com for help ) the food was good, breakfast also. Stuff adorable and helpful 😉. Room was spacious but at first we heard that we booked room without window and the receptionist when he so us he decided to upgraded us to super deluxe - maybe but what I had booked threw Booking.com was exactly the same what we had 😉. We had a really great time at this hotel and we absolutely recommend it!!!! ”

“Абсолютно все!Переписывались с персоналом задолго до приезда,помогли организовать отдых и трансфер дистанционно. По приезду нам дали отличный номер,подарили бутылку вина и торт. Номера уютные и чистые,отличное месторасположение,шикарный завтрак,ресторан на последнем этаже и обслуживание в номерах ещё один плюс этого отеля. Персонал очень внимательный и доброжелательный,каждый справился о нашем отдыхе,о наших нуждах и пожеланиях.Хозяин отеля всегда на месте и готов сам решить любую вашу проблему и просьбу.Нам помогли найти такси до покхары,организовали завтрак в 04:00 утра,дали кучу карт,помогли с оформлением документов и т.д.Все это бесплатно,прошу заметить. Огромное спасибо команде отелями в отдельности хозяину,вы сделали наш отдых незабываемым.”
