“Located just off the A332, an ideal location for a travel stopover. The Hotel is a relatively modern building; room was spacious and well-equipped & furnished - the aircon came with a remote control and worked very well. Plenty of power points and a desk for the PC with good wi-fi. Large bathroom with all mod-cons and good lighting. La Union is a mining town (pop 10,000) where all the mines are closed, so not a lot of money about. This makes all bars, restaurants and hotels much cheaper - this hotel was the best value of any in a 2-week tour of France and Spain - 68 euros for 2 nights! Parking at or near the hotel easy and free; town centre with bars, cafes, restaurants a short walk away, Very friendly locals”
